Our country is laced with cultural misunderstandings. Often rooted in ignorance, people make assessments based on the groups that they are aligned with.
Often segregated by superficial qualities like race and religion, we can choose intelligence by simply listening to the stories of people we are unfamiliar with. Seldom does this result in tension; more frequently, this results in appreciation.
